So last night I was feeling a bit homesick. I popped in my normal remedy of DJ Godfather, Da Bomb vol.1 into the car cd player.
Then I started thinking where is Godfather? I haven't heard much about him lately? Is he doing stuff in the Detroit area, is he still producing? Whatever happened to Wax Tax n' Dre? And...is the decline of Booty music a valid discussion here (or even one worth having)? Da Bomb Vol.1 is all the classics, but I remember booty (and I consider booty and ghetto tech to be diff't) just declining from there, lyrics and beat wise. Whose producing/playing it now? What about ghetto tech too?
