I saw Hawtin at the Packard plant in early 95 or late 94 or so and while I don't remember it that well it doesn't sound like the party you are describing. It was after this party that he had the immigration problems and when they finally let him back into the country was when Jak is Bak happened, if I remember correctly. I think that he had his own remix of it... Again cloudy memories of the time but I remember their being some sort of extremely limited or bootleg remix of Spastik that everyone was looking for...
