I saw Jeff Mills spin in 1991 when he was with UR, some kid that was with
him would hand him records, I dont know if he was his nephew, little brother
cousin in any case Jeff Mills was the fastwest techno dj on two turntable
that I have ever seen.
He could have been the first techno DJ to win the DMC if he really wanted
to.
