London Club Fabric has called in the Receivers - Kroll Buchler Phillips.
Fabric's directors have dismissed speculation about the club's future and
Keith Reilly said "We are open for business this weekend, we will be open
next weekend and every weekend after that.  The club is supposed to be
making a profit but the worry is that there is a legal judgement due on
the conversion of the club from an old meat factory, which if it goes
against the club will sound it's death knoll.

Fabric's accounts show a pre-tax profit of £671,000 on a turnover of
£6.2m.  The refit of the club had cost £9m and Fabric was put up for sale
some 15 months ago.
