2000-luvun alkupuolella suurten rakennusprojektien lisääntyminen vei kipeästi kaivattuja lisätiloja muun muassa Oulun yliopistolta joten laajentamista jatkettiin maan alle. Pian katakombimaisten rakennelmien valmistumisen jälkeen yliopiston valtias, Lordi Lajunen, jakaantui kahtia valkeaksi Lordi Kehitykseksi ja mustaksi Lordi Kulutukseksi. Suurin osa asujaimistosta pakeni kauhun vallassa. Ne jotka eivät päässeet karkuun orjuutettiin laajentamaan rakennelmia yhä syvemmälle, tai heidät muutettiin pimeydessä vaelteleviksi kammotuksiksi. It was decided to continue expanding underground. Soon after the completion of these catacomb like structures ruler of the university, Lord Lajunen, divided into the white Lord Progress and the black Lord Consumption.
