I'm a bit late on this .. had a week off & been to Amsterdam since H/L.

The dogs weren't a problem at all - who would seriously use an amnesty bin
anyway ?!?
What they should have warned us about is the f*cked up scheduling! I got in
the place at about 5:30 pm & had missed Umek & most of Green Velvet
already. Umek must have played to about 4 people sitting down!!
Dave Clarke came on a 6:00pm & Mill at 8:00pm. It was pretty much over by
1:00 am - they let Christian Smith play the last two hrs until 3:00 pm -
talk about 'anti-climax!'
I just thought it was a waste of money - I was sucked in by the line-up. I
thought the sound quality was as bad as always and it was freezing at
night. Sonar is about 10 times better!!

Oh well, lesson learnt!
Amsterdam was great tho ;o)

drugs amnesty has been announced for party heads at this years Homelands,
which takes place this Saturday, May 24, at Matterly Bowl near Winchester.
Nope, that doesn¹t mean punters can leave planet earth whilst listening to
the likes of the Chemical Brothers, The Streets and Audio Bullys without
fear of arrest. What it means is that revellers will be faced with sniffer
dogs as they enter the site. Action will be taken against people found in
possession of illegal substances, and in addition, they may possibly be
excluded from the site by organisers. However, ?amnesty¹ bins will be
provided prior to the festival entrance, where punters will be able to
dispose of any drugs without fear of prosecution. Well whoopee doo.
