I recommend a web-order to wherever you ordered that record from, a credit card, and six-to-eight weeks. I know: not the answer you wanted to hear-- but it *is* the option that produces best results. If you make it a point to have them stamp the order 'Do Not Bend' and insure the item, then next time the USPS will have to foot the bill for a replacement.
Other methods of flattening out vinyl usually only result in headache and anger.
