I recommend a web-order to wherever you ordered that record from, a credit
card, and six-to-eight weeks. I know: not the answer you wanted to hear--
but it *is* the option that produces best results. If you make it a point to
have them stamp the order 'Do Not Bend' and insure the item, then next time
the USPS will have to foot the bill for a replacement.

Other methods of flattening out vinyl usually only result in headache and
anger.

so the mail lady bent my newly-ordered morgan geist record into a horseshoe
shape in order to fit it in the mailbox.  god bless her.  needless to say
it's not playing so well.  anyone have any good methods for flattening their
