Death of Christian Morgenstern Shocks Music World:
Yesterday morning we learned the very sad news that Christian
Morgenstern, born on the 10th of November 1975 in Düsseldorf,
Germany, had died 3 days earlier of what apparently seems to be
a heart failure. Christian released his first solo single on
Important Extracts entitled 'Minus 38 and Counting'. The
'Miscellaneous EP' was released a month later on Kanzleramt
records. Besides producing records for labels like Kurbel,
Konsequent and Creation Rebel, Christian gave birth to his own
outlet, Forte records in 1999. Bands signed to the label are Codec
and Flexor, Dr. Shingo, Maral Salmassi, Matthew Mercer, Moshikop,
Ronny Priest and Solar.
