Snap Mode is DJ Hugo Moya. He released another 12" a few weeks ago, "Hi Bias". The sound is Chicago acid techno. Relief Records has been going strong again since 2000 with releases from Green Velvet ( and several aliases), Lester Fitzpatrick, Snap Mode, and others. www.reliefrecords.com
