hey all, i have recently ran in to some problems with some online record orders.
I ordered some wax a 1200 light bulb from planet x and they did not have the wax and wanted to charge me crazy shipping on the 1200 light bulb, i asked if i could cancell the order and they said they have a restock fee. i thought this odd. i have only encountered a restock fee on items that have been shipped out and returned not on items that have not even been inside of a package, let alone shipped. i ordered a bunch records directly from schematics records in flordia. i have been waiting since beginning of june, have emailed them several time and they never reply (i am sending these to three of there public addresses). i heard that the label was going through hard times on soulseek in the electro chat room. does anyone know if they are still in business? either way i am not buying any wax on line for a while. any advice would be nice thanks -scotto lansing, mi. plaztikjezuz.com
