No, it's not down - they lost their Domain Registration, so they've
disappeared from the DNS.  (Oops.)

If you're using the Windows SoulSeek client, the simplest fix is:

"Find your hosts file.
 In Windows XP it is C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
 In Windows 2000 it is C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
 I'm not sure what it is in 98/ME/95.

 Now open the file with Notepad.
 Add these four lines to the very bottom of the file:
 38.115.131.131 sk2.slsk.org
 38.115.131.131 www.slsk.org
 38.115.131.131 mail.slsk.org
 38.115.131.131 server.slsk.org"
