I saw this on a website that I visit often- "With Groovetech and Higher Source recently closed, and another online store about to close..." so, anyone know of more online record websites closing down? damn, two of my lifelong dreams dashed on the rocks of the economy - owning an independent record shop and DJing for a freeform radio station not really a good time for either of them actually, I was reading in Mojo (which the newest one is about Detroit rock but there is a very brief article on techno - it's on of those primers we've all read 1,000 times by now) that there is some court case - I think involving the Dixie Chicks and Bruce Springsteen that might just force ClearChannel to give up some dial space on the radio? Which would make room for some independent radio stations anyone heard about this? MEK
