i hope there's someone that can provide me with an answer to this question:
if you know the IP-adress of a certain computer/internet-user, can you
always find out what provider it is using?
for instance, according to http://www.whatismyip.com my IP adress is
212.120.115.92 can you find my provider when you know my IP adress? if so,
are there (many) ways around this?
