After 7 months of being grounded, the TechnoTourist West Coast Division
rises again ... I'm off to Berlin for a long weekend this coming week
(arrive Thursday night, leave late Sunday night). If anyone has any
favorite Berlin spots - clubs (besides Tresor, duh), restaurants, Things
That Are Cool To See/Do That Some Ignorant Yank Wouldn't Know About - that
sort of thing - hit me back privately pls?
On a related note: I arrive at Heathrow at Noon on Thursday and leave from
Stansted at ~ 7 PM for Berlin - wot's the best way to go between the two?
Search for a Heathrow-Stansted bus (like the National Express 797)?
Or take the Heathrow Express into Paddington, hop the Tube to Liverpool St.
and out the Stansted Express? I'll be travelling light ...
Oh, one last thing, on the way back I'm coming back to Stansted at 11 PM on
Sunday night, going out of Heathrow Noon(ish) the next morning. Any point in
heading into town for some kip or are there cheap accomo's at Stansted?
