I was reading this and in the last paragraph Juan mentions a
group/person/label(?) called Temperament

"I listen to a lot of R & B, hip-hop stuff mainly.That`s catchin my ear
right now. It`s strange, but a lot of the stuff that Temperament is doing
and that whole electronic R & B stuff is really interesting to me."

Who or what is Temperament?
I've looked it up but can't come up with anything really related to what
he's talking about
