My knowledge on F.S.K. is shaky (sorry!), but I think they're a German rock (?) band who are favourites of John Peel. AFAIK, they wrote and produced a load of tracks then gave them to Shake to rework. The album is a combination of these reworks plus material more in keeping with their own style and is out on Disko B.
