I dug out an old rave fave that I hadnt played in years and years, Mr Monday - future, only to find a couple of Carl Craig mixes on the B side that I'd totally forgotten about. Not all that bad either. Talking of Carl Craig I also dug out his remix of Incognito's Out of the storm the other day, what a tune that is. Although I never really knew what speed to play it on, sounds best to me at 45 and slowed down a bit, but I think its meant to be played at 33.

The bizarre thing is, I had that track on mp3 and had been trying to buy it on vinyl for ages - imagine my surprise when it turned out I'd had it lying around for several years! I think I'd bought it for a quid in some second-hand shop in the mid-1990s and subsequently forgotten about it... -----Original Message----- From: Stewart Caig [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 11 May 2004 13:25 To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: Re: (313) forgotten EP's I dug out an old Vice EP on 430 West the other day. Got a track on there called Mindmelt co produced by Shake which is excellent. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Robert Taylor" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; <313@hyperreal.org> Sent: Tuesday, May 11, 2004 2:05 PM Subject: RE: (313) forgotten EP's Yeah - Inner City's Praise Remixes - http://www.discogs.com/release/68709 Future Sound Of London, Derrick May and Carl Craig (with Stacy Pullen) on remix duties - the Mayday mix is one of his best - f***ing amazing intro.
