No Cisco and Colin aren't back together, Cisco was born in Portugal and moved to UK when he was about 5 years of age he then finished school there and started his music career there as well, currently resides in Portugal with his family. He isn't claiming anything that's not true in this case, just how he asks to be promoted that's all.
