I have no idea why, the only reason I can possibly think of is that it's (IMO) the most amazing slice of techno that Mike Banks has ever produced and one of the greatest techno records in existence period. Maybe he wants to keep just that one record a little bit special by not repressing? Who knows. Regardless of the reasons I still urge you to beg, borrow or steal a copy from somewhere as I personally couldn't imagine life with out it!
