Hottest producer this year. Been shouting on the list about him all the time. Don't reckon he's OT, he's one of the hottest electronic producers around right now. Best mix he's done this year is Max Berlin's "Elle & Moi" it's a massive massive record. Like a 2004 version of "Your Love". Seriously - it's that good. Just recently, I like his mix of clashing egos alot, been playing it alot. (Joakims afrobot mix) Pretty slow (bout 110, but devastating) He's just dropped another (remix of chateau flight) which sounds very Liasons Dangereuses at the start. and good too. Cotton Gun on Vesatile from last year is dope too. Also, coming soon New Religion's vanity project starts, and joakim is first up reworking an old john foxx track (singer in ultravox). Out december 1st. Also, i heard a mix he's working on of a good UK band called Clor, which sounds wonky as f**k and very good. I think it came in at 15 mins tho, so its getting edited. that enough??!!!
