As far as I can tell, it's not 'out' properly yet. I think you're right about Tres Demented, in the sense that it had a short, barely-announced run, then more copies (I think over a thousand) were released 'properly' some weeks after. This is my perception. I could be wrong but I think I'm on the right track. There has been at least one further pressing of 'Tres Demented'.
