(313) spam - how to remove clicks and hiss?

i'm trying to digitalise my record collection, so i was wondering is 
there a way efficiently remove clicks and hiss from the recording without 
sound loss?

i've tried Sound Forge and DartPro, but they take off the "good sounds" 
too (high freqs and stuff) together with noise.
