Hey, did anyone notice THIS review on discogs, kind of harsh but at the same
time made me laugh:

" absolute.ruler - 16-Oct-04 10:01 PM
One of the most overrated/overhyped techno records ever. Really, there is
nothing special about this 12"! Nothing extra-ordinary happens, there is no
'acid' whatsoever (no use of TB303 bassline), it contains just two (dance
floor) techno tracks like a few 100's were made in that era. I could easily
name (at least) 50 real acid stompers released in the same year that make the
'planet earth' track look like a "LITTLE brother from a less interesting
planet". The DBX side could be praised for its rhythms/beats, but that's about
it. (The way Bell programs the drum computer has always been AMAZING, so again
nothing new happens). Conclusion: let's stick to "loosing control" or "high
voltage" for DBX. What Young is concerned, face it, he's a good DJ but as a
producer he's nothing more than average. I still can't believe that so many
discogs users actually 'want' this piece of vinyl. If u're one of them: have u
actually heard the record, did you?"

What, NO 303 BASSLINE?! It's not acid at all... ;)

Wow ! I have a Dan Bell writing white label copy of that also.

Dan just played here in Cambridge the other night.

hours in my apartment building hallways)
