(313) who is Randolph?

me again

one of the cds i got from Emporium 50 was "Randolph Says, This Is... What It 
Is" on Mahogani.

can someone give me some info on who Randolph is? i've never heard of him 
before. maybe i'm just ignorant? there's a quicktime interview on the cd and 
he says this is the first release under his own name, but he's done other 
stuff under other names. does anyone know what else he's done? especially in 
the style of this cd?
