Aquarius was a sub-label of Stickman (run by The Stickmen), and Paul Jacobs would appear to be the main dude on that label. No clue if Paul Jacobs might be a psuedonym for the Paul in the Stickmen or not though (purley unfounded speculation). Discogs also lists both Stickmen groups.
