They don't have all the records they list.  You have to either email or
call to find out what they really have.
I was going to place an order with them about a year ago.  I emailed them
only to find out they only had  about 1/3 of what I was looking for (and
what they listed was in stock).  The time it took to get a reply was a few
days as well.  You have to give them your cc # over the phone or break it
up in multiple emails. It's a pain in the butt and makes an otherwise good
shop bad.
That said, there were always friendly.

I wish these types of shops would sharpen their game -
there's just no reason anymore for record store websites that are badly
designed, a struggle to navigate, and complicated to order from.

Anyone have bad experiences ordering from bent crayon?  Looking at their
website it seems there is no freakin' way they can have some of this
stuff in stock...plus they are not even using ssl to encrypt oh things
like credit card numbers.  Seems a bit shady...
