I first heard it about 5-6 years back when played by BMG at the Motor Lounge. I remember asking him about it briefly, and even back then he only knew one or two other people that had copies. And this is in Detroit, so it is a bit of a mystery where they all went.?.. BMG might know more. Or maybe someone who was working at Record Time back then. Was that when Dan Bell was working?
