That's the one- it raised an interesting point for me though. Since I
don't buy records on-line (except second hand) how would you rate this
record over a 30 second audio clip? It's one of those records that
meanders along really nicely and flows well over a fairly long period-
how do you make purchasing decisions on this type of record (and others
like it) from such a short sample? Have you ever missed anything
because it didn't sound that good over the space of 30 seconds?
yes....i try and buy stuff in person mostly now....which is ok as we're
spoiled for record shops here in manchester.
there's also a lot of stuff i buy online that sounds good from clips and
when i get it it sounds rubbish. so the other way around from the above.
and to answer your point directly. i don't have the hieroglyphic 7" yet.
(if tim or danny are lurking and reading this, please save me one, i
haven't had chance to come in and pick one up yet)
