I heard one of his songs on the radio the other day (KFAI.org). Don't
recall the name of the track but it was very "deep space", if you know what
I mean.
While listening to it I heard a passage in the tune that I swore someone
(Carl Craig?) had sampled.
I know this isn't much to go on but does anyone know of Ponty tunes that
have been sampled, who sampled them, sampled song/sampling song, etc.?
any suggestions for other good Ponty stuff (didn't he kind of go off in a
jazz fusion lite later)?
