Hello UK crate diggers may be interested to know that Avid Records in Oxford is closing down during the next two weeks. It's a massive shop on 3 floors and very reasonably priced.
It has a bassment full of electronic music, including loads of stuff that may be of interest to UK listmembers. I just pulled a load of 313 stuff out of there, e.g. Sonic Sunset 2x12", Eddie Fowlkes, Transmat stuff, lots of UR + there's a fair bit of Chi stuff (including quite a few Dancemania bits). There aren't a lot of people in Oxford into this kind of stuff, so it's a good opportunity to get some bargains before the stock gets shipped off to some warehouse. Best, D.
