Whilst it would be great in some respects to have this particular recording floating around the internet (as I'm sure it will no doubt anyway somehow), the fact is that Gerard wrote this entire set for the two shows he did in Glasgow and London, something that we were humbled by. It remains a personal highlight that someone who we really wanted to play for us (and when I say that, I mean that he's probably in my top 5 of artists that one could conceivably get to play) did something like that when most artists will just play their most well-known tracks in a live setting.
I imagine most of the material played might surface on future material released by him, and as such given that he doesn't sell half as many as records as he deserves to, it would be foolish in the particular climate we're in and age to make such a thing freely available to all and sundry. Samurai FM kindly agreed to host the show, and given that bandwidth costs are something that I'm all too keenly aware of, it makes sense. You'll just have to wait for the album I guess. -----Original Message----- From: J.T.
