A lot of people don't like Brikha's latest stuff and they have said so - this has nothing to do with showing respect at all, it's just saying what you think

I listened to his Kompakt release several times today trying to see why anyone would call it crap; I like it very much actually. But either opinion is subjective. I realized what a waste of energy it was to think of music in terms of love or hate, good or crap. I either like something or I am indifferent. But that takes the fun out of beard stroking techno snobbery.
