Yep, as Alan says, Convextion is Gerard Hanson. He also released material on Dan Kurzius' Hardsync label that is worth tracking down. Hanson has a full length coming out on Merrick Brown's Tektite imprint later this year. Hope this helps. Andrew Duke :)
