ive seen billy nasty a few times here in so cali....he always seems to rock 
it. starts off a lil housey....but always remembers to bang the techno. his 
tortured label is pretty tight too...im not sure how you can say he's 
nothing special. he may not bust out the hip hop skills, but his track 
selection is always fresh. and damn....having him and UMEK at the same party 
could cause some serious damage
