Semantics is definately important here...when I hear a "trainwreck" it is named so because that is what it sounds like..."trainwrecks" are not beautiful...they sound BAD!

However, I am in total agreement that an unintentional error can become something quite nice!

Anybody wanna venture on what you would call that? "Blue note" coined for a jazz musician's mistake sounds way more pleasing than a "trainwreck"!
