Radio Babylon has gotta be one of the most heavy tracks I've ever heard and it probably kickstarted the whole Drum and Bass scen in the UK. Thank you Mr Dangers!

I think version 2 has the vocoder robot voice part, wicked track - Jack Dangers is an amazing producer. I never saw a single version as such, though there was a Mindstream 12" with a DHS (Ben Stokes) remix of Original control.
