It's called Basstronic, by the Unknown DJ.  Not sure of the label name but
the cat # is DYF-016.  A personal favorite of mine.  I picked up a new
copy last December here in San Francisco, so it is likely still in print.
Distribution may be very poor however.  I bought the record from Open Mind
Music on Divisadero, so you might try giving them a call at 415.621.2244.
They regularly get in new copies of all that old LA electro stuff.

p.s. embarassingly I used to mix the instrumental version of this with the
acapella mix of Nu Nu by Lidell Townsell.  Now if anyone remembers THAT
record I'll be really surprised. :)
