If the vocal side has a sample saying something about "house - house music," then...
It's called Basstronic, by the Unknown DJ. Not sure of the label name but the cat # is DYF-016. A personal favorite of mine. I picked up a new copy last December here in San Francisco, so it is likely still in print. Distribution may be very poor however. I bought the record from Open Mind Music on Divisadero, so you might try giving them a call at 415.621.2244. They regularly get in new copies of all that old LA electro stuff. -e p.s. embarassingly I used to mix the instrumental version of this with the acapella mix of Nu Nu by Lidell Townsell. Now if anyone remembers THAT record I'll be really surprised. :) On Tue, 28 Sep 1999, environ wrote: > Regarding DJ Unknown/Unknown DJ and Techno-Cut Records... > > Does anyone know if/where these are available as re-issues? > There's a track by Unknown DJ/DJ Unknown on the label that is gorgeous, > I've been looking for it forever.
