Coil NASA ARAB -- brings back memories to me, both of a particular time, and of Tristan as well.
Tristan used to have a radio show on the local college radio station, and I used to start recording off the air to a 120 minute cassette, and go out or go to bed or something like that. Then, that was the tape in the player in my car for the week. I was driving out in rural Iowa -- between Solon and Sutliff if that matters and NASA ARAB came on and I was so gobsmacked, I stopped the car, rolled down all the windows, cranked it up, and listened to it twice all the way through, in the middle of nowhere on a gravel road. The next time I was in the record shop I grabbed "Stolen and Contaminated Songs" and started my love affair with Coil.
