I don't know if it's the good way to see it, but I now consider a 4d object as 
some kind of pointer:

c_object($_o)
methodMyStuff($_o)

//methodMyStuff  (object)
OB set($1;"xxx";value)

(... and it took me a while to understand  :-/ )
