I am looking into Design Object Access to do what I need but I although there is a way to get the Form names there seems to be no way that I found to open up the forms themselves.
All commands deal with Methods and all other code. Have not looked at the 4D POP yet as Douglas mentioned. Nevertheless it is fun discovering commands I had no need for up to now.
