Thanks Chip, Randy, and Jeff. Thanks to your suggestions I was able to track down something that I should have know but did not. The RESTORE command will convert a .4BL to a .journal file. From there I can use the MSC to look at it or, even better, the LOG FILE TO JSON command which is nice for programmatically looking for certain information.
