Keisuke, this endeavor was initiated for me by a client trying to connect to 2 
different 4D servers on the same Windows 10 computer using v16R6 64bit. I just 
now told him to try shift clicking the icon in the taskbar, but have not heard 
back from him yet.

Correct me if I am wrong, but you are confirming that it should work.
