Do you use an error handler with ON ERR CALL? I've just tested it and I get an error -120 Tried to access a file by using a pathname that specifies a non-existing directory. Or -54 Attempt to open locked file for writing.
Maybe your error from the error stack comes from an older one in this process? Regards Lutz -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- Betreff: CREATE DOCUMENT erors Using v17: How can I find out exactly what the error is when CREATE DOCUMENT fails? EG: disk full, pathname invalid, document already exists and can't be deleted, etc. I tried calling GET LAST ERROR STACK and the error it returned was 39 "The set does not exist" which is clearly inappropriate.
