This is mostly just curiosity. Most people probably never use this command A bug report has been filed.
If you are bored - test the command by simply doing a File -> Backup And then run the command: Alert(Get 4D file(Last backup file)) If it doesn't work you simply get a path that is completely wrong. For me, it returns a path that is years old. I am running v17.4 on systems that have been through many versions of 4D.
