Good to see anyone actually using that script - it's at http://arnout.engelen.eu/files/dev/linuxmusicians/realTimeConfigQuickScan.pl for those that were wondering. I just added that check yesterday after reading about it at http://lowlatency.linuxaudio.org and observing that linux-image-2.6.29-1-multimedia-686 in 64studio also has it enabled. So basically your kernel is probably just fine and I need to add some nuance to the script's output - I'd warmly welcome any feedback on this message (as well as the rest of the script). As for the future of this script: I think this should some day rewritten into something more mature and maintainable than a long perl script, preferably with an (optional) GUI, but long journeys start with small steps. Recommendations about compontens to use are also welcome :) Regards, Arnout _______________________________________________ 64studio-devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.64studio.com/mailman/listinfo/64studio-devel
