Sorry, my English is broken, I guess I do understand now.

I should use e.g. qsynth instead of the dssi and this by using different 
timer sources. Right?

I'll do this, resp. I'll do this with the default timer, because of the 
Qtractor version I'm running, but instead of the dssi, I'll check 
Qsynth. I thought dssis also were controled by ALSA-seq. By the way, how 
about ALSA-raw and JACK-MIDI?
