Hi Quentin :) thank you very much. The package I got from you is for everybody available at https://disc.alice-dsl.net/area_pubblica/public_password.php Username: ralf.mardorf(at)alcie-dsl.net Password: 64studio The (at) needs to be replaced by an at-sign ;). I had to rename it from libjack-dev_1.9.2-0.64studio2~hardy1_amd64.deb to libjack-dev_1.9.2_0.64studio2_hardy1_amd64.deb Before I run the following, I installed 'libdbus-1-dev' by synaptic, because its a dependency. I'm using synaptic because of the history. spinymouse-s...@64studio:~$ sudo -i r...@64studio:~# cd /home/spinymouse-sudo/Desktop r...@64studio:/home/spinymouse-sudo/Desktop# dpkg -i libjack-dev_1.9.2_0.64studio2_hardy1_amd64.deb Selecting previously deselected package libjack-dev. (Reading database ... 141600 files and directories currently installed.) Unpacking libjack-dev (from libjack-dev_1.9.2_0.64studio2_hardy1_amd64.deb) ... Setting up libjack-dev (1.9.2-0.64studio2~hardy1) ... I'll post the link at http://www.64studio.com/node/1195 too. I have an scp account at www.teklibre.com to upload music. I'll ask if I'm allowed to upload the 64 Studio package too, because I guess it's uncomfortable to get it by using an username and password.
