 Hello Quentin:
Thank you for your reply. I have signed on to something at
64studio.com... I think the forums.

The error which I saw as I was installing 64studio was almost like this:
AMD Athlon SP Sempron 3.2 processor not detected (or supported). I think
it was not supported, because the system could
see the processor, but it seems there were no drivers or setup for that.

I thought the operating system was installing, but then near the end it
showed the above message.

I could try again and get the exact message... I probably should do that
anyway. I am really busy, and
will do that with in the next few days.

I also tried the other 64studio distributions, and they all acted
similar, and caused the system to eventually to
kick out the cd or dvd and shut the system down.
An interesting thing is that I can run the live 64studio, and it seems to
detect some things. It does not detect the video correctly,
the audio, nor the network drivers correctly.
I will try them again, and give a full report of what is happening.
I will go to the 64studio.com and try to get to what you stated for me to
sign in to.
The mother board is: PC Chips A13G+ V3.0
AMD, AM2 socket, DDR2 800 2 sticks of 1 gig each.NvidiaMCP61S ,up to 1000
FSB, PCI*2, with a 80 gig hd.

You need a better website, in my opinion.
My son could make you a great website, he is in LA, and is in that
business. He has made websites for some of the big names
such as Intel, AOL, and others.
