Okay :) seems to be that I'm a little bit paranoid at the moment, I thought I was blocked. I'll do a harder test for the 64 Studio 2.1 32bit install tomorrow. To have some fun when doing this, I will change the wallpaper to a HAL 9000 wallpaper and compile and install jconv and jack_snapshot, but the rest will be a pure default install. Unfortunately the command "date" will show UTC instead of CET time. When I installed 64 Studio and I was asked SYSTEM CLOCK SET TO UTC? I entered with NO (says a note I made), because the clock is set to CET. I'm not sure if I or the installer made a mistake. Anyway, I'll reboot into the 32bit install right now and compile jconv and jack_snapshot. Cheers, Ralf
