It is not really the browser that is the problem but some plugin, such as flash, mplayer, or xine.
Something like vlc-jack plugin would be nice ... > Mplayer already supports jack, but this is of no use to you when using youtube. You will have to wait for Adobe to support jack. Good luck with that. > Sometimes can be useful to use jack + audio apps and listen sound from web > browser... > e.g. watching some youtube audio tutorials and test them immediately ... :-) I have two sound cards, with the default being the onboard audio, and the secondary the RME-9652. Flash et al seem to use the onboard by default (or more accurately the default alsa device, hw0) I also personally stay away from youtube when working, I have yet to see an actual use other than wasting my time. Maybe I am too old for youtube? -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iEYEARECAAYFAklmPl4ACgkQwRXgH3rKGfNoFgCgob1Iuvw7MVJ0o3cD370q87jb vs8An0okMePPD9afoOTaC0csZYCvi7Bp =lzh6 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ 64studio-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.64studio.com/mailman/listinfo/64studio-users
